O Delta Spirit ainda é nova no cenário musical, é tanto que possui apenas um álbum, o Ode to Sunshine, de 2008.
A sonoridade traz algumas suas influências da música Soul, resultando num som mais próximo da envolvente música negra americana.
Eu percebo certa semelhança entre o timbre de voz do Matthew Vasquez, e o da Janis Joplin, mas não tanto nessa canção, e sim na People C'mon, a qual postarei aqui em outra oportunidade.
Enfim, é um som sedutor, e nessa canção você percebe que há grandes chances da música se tornar literalmente um hit, pela forma como ela se desenvolve até chegar ao seu refrão, o qual me toca bastante pela forma um pouco agressiva na qual a melodia vai se acoplando.
O típico som que eu ouviria dirigindo, em uma estrada aberta, num dia de sol forte.

Essa banda promete, já é muito boa.
ah, e meu vídeo de hoje também foi Delta Spirit, dá uma sacada lá que coisa maravilhosa.
Tá nunca ouvi, vou baixar e depois falar se parece ou não com a voz da Janis =D
